I’m delighted to share some wonderful news with you — English Ladies Co. will continue its journey!

What began around my kitchen table in 2010 has grown into something truly special. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with incredible names such as Disney, Thelma Madine, Paddington, and Charlie Bears. Our pieces have found homes with collectors all around the world, from the USA to Australia. Together, we’ve also weathered many challenges — from Brexit and Covid to global economic and political uncertainty.

There was a moment when I truly believed we might have to close, as many of my valued colleagues reached retirement and stepped away. However, I’m thrilled to say we’ve secured a bright future through a new partnership with UK online retailer, Charterwells.

We’ve worked alongside Charterwells for nearly a decade, sharing our creations with their loyal customers. This next chapter brings their expertise in communication and customer service to support our wider community of collectors. You should see only positive improvements — while I return to what I love most: designing and developing beautiful new pieces for you.

As we move forward, it’s important that we evolve with the times. I’ll soon be asking for your thoughts on things like figure sizes, packaging, and future collaborations. Your feedback will play a key role in shaping what we do next, because at the heart of everything is you — our collectors.
