All orders are carefully prepared and packed to ensure your English Ladies pieces arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours before dispatch.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Returns & Refunds
Returning an Item
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We aim to make the process as simple and reassuring as possible.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being received, with all UK parcels dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Deliveries should be made within 5 days of purchase. Overseas deliveries are usually processed via Royal Mail or Parcel Force, with delivery times depending on location, but typically within 3-8 working days.
Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make your return process as easy as possible
Returns Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund, as long as it is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. After notifying us of your wish to return the item(s), you have an additional 30 days to send it back to us.
How to initiate a Return
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team on 01283 537922 with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) to us and any return shipping information if applicable.
Returned Items Condition
Items must be returned in unused and re-saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Returns Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and availability of stock.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund as appropriate.
